January 23, 2025

At Agrograph, we’ve always believed in the transformative power of data to revolutionize agriculture. From the beginning, our mission has been to harness satellite imagery and machine learning to deliver actionable insights that empower farmers, agribusinesses, and stakeholders. Today, I’m thrilled to announce the start of an exciting new chapter for Agrograph with the addition of Taralinda Willis as our new Chief Executive Officer and Dale Willis as our new Chief Technology Officer.

taralinda

Taralinda joins Agrograph with a wealth of experience as a proven leader and innovator. Her accomplishments speak volumes: at FiscalNote, she led a $70M business unit to profitability, streamlined operations, and launched a groundbreaking product that consolidated multiple tech stacks into one cohesive solution. Before that as the co-founder and former CEO of Curate, she spearheaded the development of AI-powered technology that revolutionized access to local government data, culminating in the company’s successful exit in 2021 Taralinda’s unique ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence makes her the ideal person to guide Agrograph through its next phase of growth.

What’s even more remarkable is her deep personal connection to agriculture. As a partner in a small family farm in Iowa, Taralinda brings firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the agricultural industry. Her leadership will ensure Agrograph continues to create meaningful solutions that resonate with our customers and partners.

dale

We’re equally excited to welcome Dale Willis as CTO. With extensive expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software development, Dale has a remarkable track record of driving innovation. As the co-founder and former CTO of Curate, Dale played a pivotal role in building AI-powered technology to transform local government data accessibility, leading to the company’s acquisition by FiscalNote in 2021.

Dale’s career spans from founding and scaling early-stage startups to contributing to $100M revenue from public companies. At FiscalNote, he served as a Distinguished Engineer, guiding critical projects that enhanced global policy and market intelligence capabilities. With a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and research in machine learning and computer science during his Ph.D. studies, Dale brings a deep technical foundation to his role. At Agrograph, he will oversee the development of advanced technologies that leverage satellite data and AI to revolutionize agricultural intelligence, empowering businesses with precise, real-time insights.

As the founder, it’s incredibly rewarding to see Agrograph attract leaders of this caliber. When I started the company, I envisioned creating tools that could revolutionize how the agricultural industry approaches decision-making. Taralinda and Dale share that vision and bring the passion and expertise to take it to new heights.

I’m deeply proud of what we’ve accomplished so far at Agrograph, and I’m excited about what’s ahead. With Taralinda’s strategic leadership, Dale’s technical innovation, and the collective dedication of our team, Agrograph is poised to make an even greater impact on the future of agriculture.

Please join me in welcoming Taralinda and Dale to Agrograph. Together, we’re ready to take on the challenges and opportunities ahead as we continue empowering agriculture through data.
